1. Terms Agreement

By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Lesson Coordination & Scheduling

All classes and regular packages are booked manually through our coordination team.

• Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling or canceling a scheduled lesson requires at least **24 hours notice** via email or phone. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed in full.
• Tutor Attendance: In the rare event a teacher cannot attend a class, we will offer a makeup lesson or assign a certified substitute tutor.

3. Parent Supervision Requirements

KABE Learning specializes in online teaching for children and teens aged 3–18. To ensure safety and tech alignment:

• For children aged **3 to 8**, a parent or legal guardian must sit nearby during lessons to assist with connection, volume, and focus.
• For students aged **9 to 18**, parents or legal guardians must remain in the same home/building while the online session is active.

4. Safety & Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate conduct. Tutors and students are expected to treat each other with respect. KABE Learning reserves the right to terminate lessons immediately if a student or parent exhibits disruptive or abusive behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Educational Warranties

All services and educational content provided by KABE Learning are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we utilize structured curriculum frameworks, KABE Learning makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific language proficiency levels, test performance, speed of language acquisition, or learning outcomes for any individual student.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KABE Learning, its officers, employees, tutors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or tutoring services. In no event shall KABE Learning's aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you to KABE Learning in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property & Recording Policy

All materials, digital slides, flashcards, worksheets, logos, and curriculum content provided by KABE Learning are protected by intellectual property rights. Parents and students are strictly prohibited from recording online live lessons, capturing video/audio of tutors or other students, or distributing KABE Learning materials to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms or services shall first be submitted to informal negotiation, and if unresolved, to binding individual arbitration. You agree to resolve all disputes solely on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
